Ingredients:
1/2 c butter
1/4 c cocoa
1/3 c buttermilk
4 c powered sugar
1/2 c miniature marshmallows
Cobine butter, Cocoa and buttermilk in a small pan and bring to boil. Pour over powdered sugar and marshmallows. Beat until smooth. Sread on Cake.
